This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and handled when you use the How I Look? mobile application (“App”).

By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 User-Provided Photos (Face Data)

When you use the App, you may upload or capture a photo containing your face in order to receive an AI-generated appearance evaluation.

Important clarifications:

• Photos are processed only to analyze visible, non-identifying features
• The App does not collect or store:
  • Biometric identifiers
  • Face recognition data
  • Face templates or embeddings
  • Data used to identify or authenticate a person

Captured photos are stored locally on your device to provide you with an 'Analysis History' feature. We do not have access to these files, and they are not uploaded to our infrastructure.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

The App may collect limited technical information such as:

• Device type and operating system version
• App usage data (e.g., number of analyses performed)

This information is used solely to improve app stability and performance and is collected in an anonymized form (e.g., via Apple App Analytics).
